Robert J. Repke, President
Bob Repke has worked in the field of reinsurance for over 25 years. Starting in 1982, he managed and led all Treaty, Facultative and Direct Reinsurance lines for Employers Reinsurance Corporation in the Western United States. In early 1991, he started and led the Healthcare division at the General Reinsurance Corporation. Upon the acquisition of Cologne Re, he co- founded and shared the leadership of the GenRe and CologneLifeRe International Council.
In 2001 Bob founded IC West Insurance Services, which works with US carriers as well as Lloyd’s underwriters, specializing in employer stop loss, reinsurance and product development.
Most recently he founded Passport for Health, an International Select Provider Organization. As founder and President, Bob works to bring international options to employers, employees and individuals seeking medical care outside the United States.
Bob is past Chairman of the Integrated Benefits Institute, past Board member of the Western Protectors Insurance Company and is currently on the Board of the Self Insurance Institute of America.
